Little Big Wines holds your personal data because you make use of our services and/or provided us your contact details. Below you will find an overview of the data we could hold about you:

Special and/or sensitive data we collect
Our website/service doesn´t intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 18. Unless they have their parent´s or guardian´s consent. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is above 18. Therefor we encourage parents to be involved in the online acivities of their children to ensure that no information is collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected data of a minor without parental consent, please contact us at jenny@littlebigwines.nl and we will delete this data.

Why we collect your personal data
Little Big Wines collects your personal data:

Little Big Wines does not take decisions based on solely automated processing. A decision based solely on automated processing is a decision with no human involvement in the decision process.

How long we hold your personal data
Little Big Wines will not hold your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We employ the following data retention periods for the different categories:

– The email-address to which Little Big Wines sends you newsletters, will be kept as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. In each newsletter you will find a link to unsubscribe

– Your name, last name, address, e-mail, telephone number and birth date will be kept on records for 30 years by WSET London for administrative purposes concerning the WSET courses.

Sharing your personal data with third parties
Little Big Wines does not sell your information with third parties and will only share your information if necessary for meeting our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations. WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) requires your infomation to sit their exams and courses. Vinovae uses the details to send you the Vinottes. We collect this information and pass it on to them. Access, rectify or erase data
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data. Moreover, do you have the right to withdraw your consent for activities for which you have previously consented or to object the processing of your data by Little Big Wines.  And you have the right to data portabilty. This means you can request us to send the personal data we have of you, to another organisation. Please send your request to access, recitification, erasure, data portability or withdrawal of your personal data to jenny@littlebigwines.nl. To be sure you made the request yourself, we ask you to send us a copy of your ID. To protect your privacy please mark in black your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), ID-number and citizen service number. We will answer as soon as possible. Within 4 weeks.
